Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapy Session (Nervous-System-Based)

Please note: Hypnotherapy is designed as a process rather than a one-off session. For best results, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions, ideally scheduled weekly, to allow the work to deepen and integrate properly. If you’re looking for a single standalone session, hypnotherapy may not be the best fit.

This approach blends clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and somatic processing to work directly with your nervous system, not just your thoughts.

Rather than forcing change through suggestion alone, the focus is on creating safety in the body, so new patterns can integrate naturally and sustainably.

The process helps access subconscious material while you remain aware, grounded, and in control, allowing emotional responses, beliefs, and attachment patterns to recalibrate at the level where they were originally formed.

📌 A session typically includes:

• Nervous system regulation: guiding the body out of fight-or-flight and into a state of safety and receptivity

• Somatic attunement: tracking sensations, emotions, and subtle responses in the body as they arise

• Subconscious re-patterning (NLP-informed): gently updating outdated beliefs, emotional associations, and threat responses

• Integration rather than suggestion: allowing shifts to occur through felt safety instead of pressure or force

• Grounded completion: closing the session with stabilization so you leave feeling present, regulated, and clear

You are not unconscious during this work. You remain fully aware and able to engage, while your system learns new responses from a regulated state.

📞The hypnotherapy sessions are audio calls held either via WhatsApp or Instagram/Botim (for people living in The UAE).

• A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling requests. Please note that cancellations made without 24-hour notice or failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will not be eligible for rescheduling.

• Scheduling Notice (West Coast / California Clients): Please note that my availability for live sessions is Monday–Saturday, between 6:00 / 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM (New York time), as I work at a clinic in the afternoons.

For clients in California / Pacific Time, this means the latest possible session time is 8:00 AM PT.
